Providing personal data via the contact form is voluntary but necessary to respond to your inquiry. Providing data for newsletter subscription is voluntary and based on consent. The Controller does not make automated decisions concerning you that produce legal effects or significantly affect you, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

9. Cookies, browser storage and third-party services

The bskp.legal website does not use cookies or any analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

The website stores in your browser's storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) only the information needed for its features to work:

  • bskp_lang — the selected language version (PL/EN); it remains in the browser until you delete it
  • bskp_dct_closed — a note that the floating contact bar was dismissed; it is deleted when the browser tab is closed

This information is not sent to the Controller or to any third party and is not used to identify you. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Fonts used on the website are hosted on the website's own server — your browser does not connect to any external servers to load them.

Forms on the website send the data you enter directly from the website's server to the Controller's email address. The data is not passed to third-party form services, and the content of the form is not stored on the server. To prevent abuse, the server keeps only a hash of your IP address and the time of submission for 10 minutes. If the contact form cannot be sent this way, the website opens your email app with a pre-filled message.

The server hosting the website may automatically record basic connection information in technical logs (including IP address, date and time of the request). This data is used to keep the website secure and working properly (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

LinkedIn — the website links to a profile and newsletter on LinkedIn. Once you go to LinkedIn, that service's privacy policy applies.

10. Changes to the privacy policy

The Controller reserves the right to amend this privacy policy. Any material changes will be communicated by publishing an updated version on bskp.legal together with the effective date.

For any questions related to the processing of personal data, please contact: dbudzis@bskp.legal.
